The Mayo Clinic Diet – in association with Digital Wellness – offers a straightforward, affordable approach to effective, practical, and healthy weight loss.

The Challenge:

The team at Mayo Clinic Diet asked for a total brand refresh on social media that would incorporate more engaging content and build and strengthen its community across platforms for the purpose of driving conversions.

The Strategy:

To achieve our objective, we implemented a three-pronged approach:

Our in-house creator leveraged the popularity of videos and trending sounds to create user-generated style content to reach a new audience. Our videos focused on showcasing the unique features of the program, lifestyle tips, recipes, and commitment to drive engagement and authenticity.

Our members-only Facebook Group has grown into a community that is focused on encouragement, tips, recipes, and success stories. With over 16K members, this exclusive group is a safe space for members to ask questions and support each other throughout their health journeys.

Through the sharing of real-life journeys and success stories of actual participants who are on the program, we were able to convert new members. We have also seen success with our influencer partnerships, which led to a 49% Diet Assessment conversion rate, which in turn engaged new leads into our remarketing funnel.

The Results

While increasing reach, awareness and website traffic was our goal, we were happy to see that our social strategy went beyond this initial plan. We helped foster a strong community of members and ambassadors who genuinely love the Mayo Clinic Diet program, as proven by these results:
