Vogue Business Gets Insights from EGC
EGC President Nicole Penn was quoted in a recent article for Vogue Business about zero-party data, and the radical changes in how customers shop and purchase.
The article, titled “Zero-Party Data: The New Marketing Frontline for Luxury,” focuses on how many businesses—from entrepreneurs such as American fashion designer Telfar Clemens to Italian luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta—are adapting to practices that make up zero-party data strategies, which include promoting online questionnaires and surveys, where consumers freely offer information about themselves. With zero-party data, the marketing approach, as Nicole states, is “more democratic and inclusive.”
