When people hear 3D, they think of elaborate Hollywood productions. But an embroidery machine? EGC’s “New Dimension” campaign for Brother International created an enormous buzz. First, in-store signage and e-mail marketing invited consumers to register online and receive a pair of 3D glasses. On launch day, a microsite development created by EGC went live with a complete 3D video tour of the new Brother Entrepreneur® Pro PR-1000. The impact was huge, with 6,000 viewers on launch day. Along with press events and in-store promotions, the “New Dimension” campaign continues to build on social media, consumer inquiries and, best of all, sales.
