Copywriter
We're looking for a talented writer to help with copy and concepting for a variety of projects. You would work on a wide range of clients; projects include print ads, direct mail, banners, broadcast, landing pages and websites.

Please send resume and samples of your work. Must have at least 3 years of agency experience.

Being able to write clever headlines and concepts that are on strategy is important, but you also must be able to deliver strong, impactful long-form body copy for projects like sell sheets and websites. We'd like to see examples of both if possible.

This is a freelance opportunity that could lead to full time. Must be available to work on site at our Melville office.

Online Marketing Associate

Responsibilities Include:

• PPC management including ad copy creation, keyword search and expansion, campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Trafficking and management of display campaigns working through Doubleclick and interfacing with publishers.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns based on specific client metrics.
• Provide recommendations on how to improve performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage tracking and reporting of campaigns and provide management reports and insights.
• Incorporate business objectives and into PPC and display strategies
• Manage all client campaigns within budget requirements
• Negotiating, implementing and managing ongoing relationships with all key online partners
• Manage IOs and input into accounting system and sign offs from managers
• Research the latest industry trends and best practices

Qualifications Include:

• College degree in Marketing or related area
• 2-4 years of Paid Search/Digital Media experience
• Experience of SEM, with expert knowledge of key search engines, Google, Bing, Yahoo
• Experience managing online marketing channels – display and email
• Proven ability of using web analytics to drive activity and achieve results
• Proven success in managing PPC budgets
• Proven ability to successfully drive positive results for clients
• Self-starter, motivated
• Excellent communication skills

We're looking for a strategic, creative thinker, who is passionate about delivering creative work that exceeds client's visions and builds successful brands. Flash / Web Developer
We're seeking a freelance flash/web developer to work on projects as needed. The right person for this job will have the ability to work as a member of a team, as well as to work independently with minimal guidance, and must possess a deep knowledge and understanding of web development best practices, usability and current code standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Working knowledge of ActionScript (2 & 3), HTML, CSS, PHP, XML
